Password Migration Problem (ITS#1402)

Hello,
I've a LDAP Server with Postfix and Cyrus to delivery E-Mail,
using attributes like the userPassword encrypted with MD5 Method.

My question is:  What can I do to migrate all the users from my Linux
system to the LDAP database if Linux encrypt the passwords with
{CRYPT} Method !!!???   (or I'm too wrong?)

I already have a script but still have the problem with CRYPT to MD5
encrypt method.
