Get Berkley DB 3.2.9 running with Openldap 2.0.11 (ITS#1291)

I´m trying to get OpenLDAP 2.0.11 running von Windows NT with Berkley DB 3.2.9

The Server is already running, but it is not possible to add new Entries or to
read Information out of the database.

if Í try to run slapadd I get the error 
"slapadd: could not open database."

the named Database in die slapd.conf - File is "lbdm" 

How can I start the Database ? 
How can I get the Database working together with OpenLDAP ?
