slapadd core dumps when seeing '$ <newline> $' (ITS#1218)

slapadd of 2.0.11 core dumps when seeing '$ <newline> $' with no 
attribute name between. I have not verified whether this is just in my 
special case having the '$' at the eol or if this happens with every ws.
