ACL by "addr" in 2.0.7 not valid (ITS#932)

The ACL specification (5.3 Access Control) no longer includes the (IP)
addr(ess) keyword, but the sample documentation under 5.3.2 (Who to grant
access to) does still show "addr=<regular expression>".

Personally, I would prefer "addr" to be reinstated, but if not - then
the documentation needs to be updated.
