SASL.H missing in current openLDAP release for win32 (openldap-2.0.3) (ITS#781)

When I try to compile OpenLDAP for Windows using the project workspaces, the
file SASL.H is missing. I couldn't find it on the web, so I assume it is an
internal file required by OpenLDAP.

D:\data\eiis\source\openldap\libraries\libldap\ldap-int.h(23) : fatal error
C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sasl.h': No such file or directory
