RFE: openldap-version with -v-switch or in debugging output (ITS#407)

Hi there,
One suggestion: I think it would help to prevent problems like ITS #378 if
slapd would output it's version if started with the debugging-option.
Another possibility would be to include a "-v"-switch which outputs the
version-number.
Would be most usable if all binaries would support a -v-switch (e.g. ldapsearch,
ldif2ldbm, slapd, ...)
