I have installed OpenLDAP version 1.2.7 on a Redhat Linux Ver6.0 system and it is working as far as I have tested. I also downloaded the SLAPD & SLURPD administrator's Guide from U of Mich. In the guide they mentioned a process-ID file used for such things as kill command syntax. Is this something That did not get into the OpenLDAP port or did I miss somthing??
