core dump

< 24 hours after upgrading from 1.2.3 to 1.2.4, slapd cored with the
following traceback:

Seemed to be working well up to the fated transaction (whatever it was).
Any suggestions how to resolve this?  I'll drop back to 1.2.3 for the
interim.
