I get the same problem under Redhat 6.0 with the current stable version
and both the vendor installed db2 and a local installed db 2.7.5.

Fails in the very first test:

	make: [all-local] Error 1 (ignored)

	Datadir is ./data
	Cleaning up in ./test-db...
Running ldif2ldbm to build slapd database...
./scripts/test001-ldif2ldbm: ../servers/slapd/tools/ldif2ldbm: No such file or directory
	ldif2ldbm failed!

	make: *** [all-local] Error 126
