id2entry ... (ITS#172)

Hi, I have downloaded the latest(May, 18 ?) version of openLDAP and
succesfully installed it on my Ultra I(solaris 2.5.1).
I have made a text file(say, data.txt) to load initial data.
Here is what I have done.

# /usr/local/sbin/ldif2ldbm -f /usr/local/etc/openldap/slapd.conf -i data.txt

id2entry file: No such file or directory
stopping: child exited with status 1
-------------------------------------

I followed the installation step word by word...:-(

Any hint ?
