ldbmcat still broken as per its#85 (ITS#130)

ldbmcat running against an existing database produces no LDIF output,
or error messages.

Same apparent behavior as in ITS #85.

Compiled with db-2.3.16 on HP/UX 10.20 with GCC 2.8.1.
