ldif2ldbm problem seems to be fixed !!

Hello OpenLDAP World,

the new release 1.1.1 seems to fix the
ldbm_store problem (Error 0) on IRIX 6.2
I reported in mid-November.

For the first time, I managed to create
a database and passed the tests correctly.

In the meantime, I upgraded from Berkeley
2.5.9 to 2.6.4
